Self-perform in civil, structural, and architectural work
We built a new 156,000-square foot manufacturing facility for medical devices that included clean room areas, warehouses, offices, laboratory, training rooms, cafeteria, mechanical, and packaging areas. The project scope also had an electrical substation, emergency generator, water tanks, cooling tower, fire pump house, access roads, parking, and landscaping.
