The new facility will include a main building with approximately 11,200 sq.ft. of administrative office space, 15,200 sq.f.t of Warehouse space,
and a 1,200 sq.ft Chemical Storage Building. Additional site features include new parking, a dumpster enclosure, a mechanical and electrical equipment yard, fish
tanks and chicken coops. The project is Energy Star certified.
