Self-perform in civil, structural, and architectural work
CIC acted as General Contractor for the renovation of the GOCIP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Building, which required isolation of the construction areas from ongoing manufacturing operations. The scope of work included demolitions, construction of a new granulation, blending, tablet press, coating, solution prep, and weighing rooms with support areas. The additional scope ed to our contract included an expansion for the installation of a new NIRO #3 and the construction of new J2 laboratories facilities. The project was completed on time, on budget, with a perfect safety record and without interrupting ongoing pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
