Club Meliá at Coco Beach stands as the largest vacation club ever built in Puerto Rico. CIC’s scope of work encompassed 135 studios and one-bedroom apartments, along with a pool area. Additionally, a 30,000-square-foot building was constructed to house sales and marketing offices, meeting rooms, a VIP lounge, fitness center, and retail areas.
